Delete your account
Your cats, places, home, paws and scores, gone for good.
In the app
- Tap your face at the top left.
- Open Settings, then Account.
- Tap Delete account, and hold to delete.
It happens straight away: your home and scores disappear for other players, and we erase the rest within 30 days.
Without the app
Write to us from the email you signed in with, and tell us your player name. We'll confirm, then delete everything within 30 days.
Plonk Club stays with your Apple ID. You bought it once, so it isn't lost. If you come back, Restore purchases brings it back.
