Who these terms are with

These terms are between you and OddEggs Studio, Saigon (Ho Chi Minh City), Vietnam ("we"). By playing Plonk you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.

Playing Plonk

We give you a personal, non-transferable licence to play Plonk on Apple devices you own or control, under these terms and Apple's Media Services Terms. The game, its cats, art, music and code belong to us.

Paws and in-game items

• Paws are earned by playing. They, and the places and things you unlock with them, are a licence to use in the game. They have no cash value, can't be sold or traded, and can't be exchanged for money.
• We may rebalance the game, including prices in paws and how many paws a round pays.

Plonk Club

• Plonk Club is a one-time purchase through Apple, US$7.99 or the local price shown in the App Store. There's no subscription and nothing renews.
• It opens every place for paws, photo cats and Club things for your home, for as long as Plonk is available.
• It belongs to your Apple ID. On a new device, or after reinstalling, use Restore purchases in Settings.
• Refunds are handled by Apple under Apple's policies.

Your name, your home and your cats

• Your player name, your face, your home and the cats you make (including photo cats) can be seen by other players on leaderboards and visits.
• Keep it kind: no names or photos that are hateful, sexual, harassing, impersonating someone else, or that you don't have the right to use.
• Only use photos of cats you have the right to share. You keep your rights in your photos; you give us permission to process them to make your Plonk cat and to show that cat in the game.
• We may change a name, hide a home or remove a photo cat that breaks these rules.

Fair play

Don't cheat, use bots or modified apps, exploit bugs, or tamper with leaderboards. We may reset scores or suspend accounts that do.

If things go wrong

• We work hard to keep Plonk running, but it's provided "as is". We can't promise it will always be available or free of bugs.
• To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that can't be excluded.

Ending things

You can stop playing and delete your account at any time (Settings, Account, Delete account). Your Plonk Club purchase stays with your Apple ID. We may suspend or end your access if you seriously or repeatedly break these terms. If we ever shut Plonk down, we'll give reasonable notice in the app.

Apple

These terms are between you and us, not Apple. Apple isn't responsible for Plonk or its content, has no obligation to provide support for it, and is a third-party beneficiary of these terms with the right to enforce them against you.

Changes and law

We may update these terms; we'll change the date above and tell you in the app about important changes. These terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam, except where the law of the country you live in gives you protections that can't be set aside.
